The new Intimissimi digital experience brings Intimissimi and Intimissimi Uomo together within a single e-commerce ecosystem, creating a unified platform while preserving the distinctive identity of each brand. Built around the values of comfort, elegance and everyday confidence, the redesign introduces a refreshed visual language that transforms shopping into a more personal and emotionally engaging experience.

Challenge

Create a unified commerce experience for two brands with distinct personalities while improving engagement, scalability and conversion.

The project required balancing editorial storytelling with commercial performance, redesigning the visual identity, and developing a flexible content ecosystem capable of supporting global campaigns, product launches and future business growth without compromising consistency across the platform.

Solution

I contributed to the redesign of the entire e-commerce experience, defining a flexible design system capable of adapting to both Intimissimi and Intimissimi Uomo. Typography, colour palettes and visual components dynamically evolve according to the selected brand, allowing each to maintain its own identity while sharing a consistent interaction model.

Built on Shopify with extensive customisation from the homepage to checkout, the platform combines premium storytelling with a highly optimised commerce experience. A modular CMS architecture enables editorial teams to independently manage campaigns, landing pages and product narratives, reducing implementation effort while increasing flexibility.

The product experience was redesigned to better communicate the quality, craftsmanship and key features of each collection through immersive storytelling, richer product pages and intuitive navigation, creating a shopping journey that feels both inspirational and effortless.
