Overview

The Falconeri e-commerce redesign reinterprets the brand’s identity through a refined digital experience that reflects its heritage of Italian craftsmanship and expertise in premium natural fibres.

Built around the concept of “House of Blend”, the experience celebrates the connection between materials, craftsmanship and contemporary elegance. Every element of the interface, from typography and colour palette to imagery and product presentation, was redesigned to enhance the tactile qualities of Falconeri’s collections and create a more immersive shopping journey.

The project aims to transform e-commerce from a simple transactional experience into a digital expression of the brand’s values, where users can discover the softness, quality and craftsmanship behind every product.

Challenge

Elevate Falconeri’s digital presence while preserving the understated elegance and craftsmanship that define the brand.

The challenge was to redesign the e-commerce experience around a stronger emotional connection with products, making materials and quality the central elements of the journey. At the same time, the platform needed to improve usability, scalability and performance while supporting the complexity of a global commerce ecosystem.

The experience required a balance between editorial storytelling and conversion, allowing users to explore the brand universe while maintaining a clear and efficient path towards purchase.

I contributed to redefining Falconeri’s digital identity through a complete visual and experiential redesign.

The new design system introduces a refined typographic hierarchy, an updated colour palette and a more sophisticated visual language inspired by the brand’s premium positioning. Product imagery and shooting direction were redesigned to place materials at the centre of the experience, highlighting textures, craftsmanship and the unique characteristics of natural fibres.

The e-commerce journey was redesigned to create a stronger connection between storytelling and shopping. Product pages and editorial modules were structured to communicate the quality and details of each collection, helping users understand the value behind every garment before purchase.

From a technical perspective, the project involved a strong collaboration between design and development teams to create a scalable commerce experience. Components, interactions and layouts were designed with implementation constraints and performance requirements in mind, ensuring a balance between visual excellence, flexibility and maintainability.
